Shimadzu Aircraft Equipment USA is committed to making decisions and plans to help assure that this planet is preserved as much as possible for future generations to enjoy.

Our Long Beach, California manufacturing facility was built in 2015 as a LEED Certified Green building employing low flow water fixtures, LED lighting, occupancy sensors, drought friendly landscaping and high-efficiency air conditioning systems.

We are also researching other areas to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing supply usage and the recycling of various materials.

All Shimadzu Group Companies follow this same approach and are setting goals to help protect the environment in cooperation with the Shimadzu Global Environmental Management Department.
